The whole property belongs to only one establishment. Our visitors renting our property will be completely private. We don't have any other establishment sharing the property.
PRIVATE PARKING
We are one of the very few establishments in the area, with a large private parking section. Our lot can easily fit 5-6 cars. Feel free to invite your friends with their vehicles or rentals, for a barbecue or so.

GARDEN
Haroupia The Residence has a very large private garden area on the property, with beautiful plantation. Work on your tan, enjoying the sun lying on our chaise longues under the palm trees, or invite your friends over for a barbecue. You will definitely love our garden.

Lady Gaga has recently bought the villa across the road, near our property. We have many more celebrities owning properties around our establishment. It's a magical place after-all. Don't be surprised crossing paths with important known faces, while having your afternoon walk or bicycle ride, down the beach.
